Over her 30+ year career, Ann Glumac has developed a depth and breadth of expertise in communications, public and regulatory affairs, media relations, community outreach, organizational development and training.

Beginning her career as an award-winning print journalist, she moved into the public policy arena, where she served as lead staff for the Minnesota House Environment and Natural Resources Committee, as deputy commissioner of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and other executive level agency positions, including the first manager of state-tribal relations in the Office of the Governor. Later leading a mining industry trade association, she worked with lawmakers, regulators and community leaders to develop policies that supported the success of her members and the industry.

A consultant in private practice since 2002, Glumac has worked successfully with small and large businesses, global corporations, public agencies and nonprofits as a consultant and trainer.
